Geo-Ref does not collect personal data. These only fall within the framework of contracts, e-mail contacts and other business relationships.

Personal data in this context are mainly the following:

• Data from Customer
• Supplier Data

This data is used only for the mentioned aspects and will not be exchanged with third parties, but only used for making contact. Should this contact data be used in mass mailing actions, e.g. Newsletter circular, an "opt out" link for the mail recipient is always inserted in the corresponding mail, which is treated accordingly to a deletion request of the personal data from the mail register.

2. Disclosure of personal data

A transfer to third parties is, as far as not legally ordered, is excluded.

3. Technical-organizational arrangements

Every person, including legal persons, has the right to request free of charge once a year which personal data is collected. For this purpose, the person responsible for data protection is named:

4. Concluding remarks

At Geo-ref there are no data except the contact registers which store personal data.
In case of serious IT problems with loss of personal data, data subjects are informed directly about this process.
